I fist have to say Maresia is an excellent. I have stayed in other apartment she manage as well. Those apartments were great as well. I feel the building is perfect for being able to relax as opposed to some of the other areas like Bocagrande and the Old City. The view of the sea is peacefully and relaxing. The side where the sea is located also has many outdoor activities you can enjoy if you like fitness. The one thing that stood out the most for me is how clean the apartment was since I have seen some in other areas that have not been as clean. A clean apartment is always the top thing on my list, so I have to give the apartment a high recommendation for that alone.

El lugar es mucho más lindo que en fotos, como tal el edificio tiene muchas actividades y es muy fácil agendar espacio y por lo mismo nunca están colapsadas las actividades, el apto está muy bien equipado, la vista es preciosa y al rededor hay mucha oferta gastronómica en verdad es inmejorable la experiencia, volveremos sí o sí

Maresía's place was beautiful and just as described. The view and the sunsets were amazing every day. The grill in the terrace is definitely a plus. The location is quiet and away from all the craziness of all the tourists in the rest of Cartagena. The pool is beautiful and very relaxing. Great restaurants with local food nearby. Thank you so much Maresía.

We loved our stay at Maresía’s place! We felt like we were LIVING THE LIFE in Cartagena with our rooftop pool and 2 story spacious accommodation. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Logement très sympathique, à proximité de tout ce que peux offrir Carthagène, je recommande vivement. Hôte agréable et réactif. De plus, la piscine sur le toit est vraiment impeccable !

Recomendado 10/10 Excelente atención. Apto tal cual a las fotos. Muy amplio. La pared de espejo le da un toque distintivo y un plus para tomarse fotos. Fue muy amable al dejarnos unos dulces de cortesía al llegar. La piscina del edificio de las mejores que tiene Cartagena. La zona es de las mejores en Bocagrande y super cerca a la playa, a restaurantes y sitios de interés. Sin duda volvería. Mil gracias 💯 Solo una sugerencia: Mejorar el olor en el baño, tiene un olor un poco desagradable que sale del desagüe de la ducha. Del resto todo excelente.

Próximo do aeroporto, muitos restaurantes na rua e ruas próximas, bastante mercado e farmácia. Para ir nos pontos de encontro dos passeios não é tão próximo mas tem o serviço de transporte InDrive que você acha motoristas rapidamente e com o tempo passa a confiar até em combinar com os motoristas que estão na rua, muito acessível mesmo. Em relação ao espaço é muito confortável tem armários espaçosos pra organizar tudo, no hotel tem serviço de lavanderia com custo baixo, a vista é linda ao amanhecer e anoitecer, área da piscina também. Roupa de cama e banho super limpas, banheiro limpo. Chegamos antes do check in e deixamos as malas na recepção com custo simbólico. Nada a reclamar somente agradecer. Pode ir de olhos fechados.

I really enjoyed staying here. Lots of great restaurants all around. The beach is a short walk and it’s not crowded at all. The host was easy to communicate with and the building has some really great amenities that add so much value to this apartment. I already decided I’ll be staying here again on my next trip to Cartagena.
