Fue muy practico el check-in ya que nos dejaron las llaves en un locker con un código para retirar en la puerta del departamento. La ubicación es a 2 cuadras de la playa y es una zona muy turística. El departamento es cómodo para dos personas y cuenta con aire acondicionado que hace el descanso mucho mas ameno. Con la administración del lugar y la anfitriona (Mayra y Karen) estuvo todo muy bien. El único problema que se nos presentó es que al ingresar el edificio, el portero quería cobrarnos un fee de 15.000 COP p/persona para colocarnos unas manillas que eran, supuestamente, para moverse por el edificio. A lo cual le respondí que por favor me espere un momento que iba a hablar con Mayra, quien era mi anfitriona, para confirmar. Mientras esperaba que ella me respondiera, le pregunté al portero por qué había personas ingresando al edificio sin esa manilla, a lo cual se hacía el que no entendía mi pregunta (los dos hablamos el mismo idioma). También le consulté a una chica que estaba en el lobby si a ella le habían vendido la manilla y ella nos respondió que no. De hecho, ella no llevaba ninguna manilla y también era una huésped del edificio. Le agradezco a Mayra que respondió súper rápido y, muy amablemente, se comunicó con el portero para avisarle del error. Luego de ese malentendido, el portero ya pasó a respondernos de una forma seca y menos sonriente, pero igual cordial.

The place was great, both the apartment and the location. The host, Maresía, was very quick to respond to all of my questions, and, although we did not have many requests as the accommodation was perfect, clean, fully equipped and fully supplied, requests. Kudos to you Maresía. And, thank you.
