Cartagena Beach building offers a pool (4th floor, open 8am–8pm), jacuzzi (reservation required), independent spa, coworking area, and 24/7 reception. Just steps from the building you'll find Crespo's Linear Park — perfect for jogging, walking, or renting skates and scooters. One of Cartagena's most pleasant green spaces to unwind without calling an Uber. The beachfront area is currently being upgraded — the boardwalk renovation will make it even better once complete.

📍 Location: quiet residential area near the airport. For entertainment, the Old City (Walled City) is 15–20 min by Uber and Bocagrande is 25–35 min depending on traffic. Upon arrival: present your original ID at reception. Building wristbands will be assigned. 🛏️ Bed linen and towels included for all beds. Crespo is a quiet and safe neighborhood with everything you need just a few blocks away — restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and plenty of local shops. None of the noise or prices of Bocagrande, but easy access to everything. Steps from the building you'll find Crespo's Linear Park, perfect for jogging, walking, or renting skates and scooters — one of Cartagena's most pleasant green spaces. Rafael Núñez Airport is a 5-minute walk away. For the Old City, an Uber takes about 15 minutes depending on traffic.
Guest Access
The apartment is entirely yours — bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony. As a registered guest you also have access to all building common areas: pool, jacuzzi, spa, coworking space, and parking. Parking is free and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To enter the apartment you'll use a key card — upon arrival, insert it into the panel next to the door to activate electricity and AC. If you have any questions about the apartment, our Maresía team is available to solve it.
Find us
Cartagena Beach building is 6 blocks from Rafael Núñez Airport — about an 8-minute walk. If you're traveling with heavy luggage, a taxi from the airport shouldn't cost more than $4 USD. To get around the city, Uber and DiDi work great in Cartagena with standard rates and no surprises. They're the safest and most convenient way to reach the Old City, Bocagrande, or anywhere else.
