Bocagrande is the heart of Cartagena's tourist scene — and our apartment is right in the middle of it all. Two blocks away you'll find the beach, where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas to spend the day. It's a lively, vibrant, and safe neighborhood. Within a 5-minute walk you have one of the city's best dining scenes: Harissa for Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, Nami for Japanese, Leña y Carbón for grilled meats, and dozens more bars, cafés, and international restaurants. For everyday needs, Carulla and Megatiendas Supermarkets are open 24 hours just one block away, and Centro Comercial NAO has a supermarket, gym, shops, and food court steps from the building. The Old City (Walled City) is 10-15 minutes away by Uber (depending the time of the day the traffic can changes)
Guest Access
The apartment is entirely yours — bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and private balcony. Access is via a card stored in a lockbox near the main entrance — we'll send you the code before your arrival. If you have any questions, our Maresía team is available. As a guest you also have access to the building's common areas: rooftop pool, jacuzzi, and shared laundry.

From Rafael Núñez Airport, we recommend arriving by Uber or DiDi — the ride takes 10 to 15 minutes and is so affordable that there's no reason to squeeze into public transit. We don't recommend taxis as the service tends to be unreliable and sometimes dangerous. Once in Bocagrande, most restaurants, shops, and the beach are within walking distance. For visits to the Old City or exploring beyond the neighborhood, Uber and DiDi are the most comfortable and safe option. If you want to experience Cartagena to the fullest, right outside the building you'll find party buses and tours available for hire — a fun way to discover the city.
