Great location, 3 mins for airport, many places to eat in walking distance. Although we encounter an issue in our stay Maresía is an excellent host, very responsive and made things right. Will recommend. Thank you.

Me encantó la estancia, y mare es una persona super atenta y amable dispuesta siempre ayudar. La vista es increíble las áreas comunes muy bonitas y cómodas te puedes relajar en la piscina jacuzzi spa o sauna. Recomendado 100% muy cerca del centro, muy cerca de boca grande y de la ciudad amurallada y caminando 5min a la playa

The view from the balcony was better than the photos. Maresia was very responsive and helpful throught the stay. I initially was hesitant that the property was a ways outside the more popular areas of Santa Marta but because of the easy access to the property made travel to all the areas we wanted to see so simple. The advantage of being much more private than other crowded areas became nore and more appreciated through our stay. The building is still undergoing some construction/renovation on other floors but there was no inconvenience at all. The staff at the property were amazing with great recommendations and contacts for tours etc. Restaurant staff was great. Pools and private beach area were all amazing and again the uncrowded aspect was unexpected and very appreciated after visiting many other beaches. This is the perfect home base to have some quiet and beauty in between the many excursions and tours that Santa Marta have to offer! For the price this is a 10/10 stay

Muchas gracias por la acogida; definitivamente hay que aprovechar las instalaciones, ya q por momentos el calor en la calle y el tumulto de gente puede apabullar y el lugar ofrece mucho. Nos fuimos caminando al aeropuerto. Relación calidad precio muy acorde

The place was great, both the apartment and the location. The host, Maresía, was very quick to respond to all of my questions, and, although we did not have many requests as the accommodation was perfect, clean, fully equipped and fully supplied, requests. Kudos to you Maresía. And, thank you.

My stay here was absolutely incredible. The apartment was spotless, peaceful and perfectly located. The balcony with its beautiful ocean view made every morning and evening unforgettable. The area itself felt safe, relaxing, and close to everything I needed. The host was amazing—responsive, welcoming and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable. I spent a week here while working and it couldn’t have been a better environment. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The spot is fantastic and the host did an amazing job of communicating. I had a long term stay and it was hard to leave by the end! I hope to return soon. Don’t hesitate to book this great spot!
